How long will my order take to arrive?

How do I track my order?
Use the Track Your Order page and enter your order number and email. Registered customers can also see orders in their account.
Do you deliver across all of Pakistan?
Yes — we ship nationwide via trusted couriers, including COD to most areas.
Is delivery free?
Delivery is free on all orders over Rs. 5,000. Below that, a small flat charge is calculated at checkout based on your area.

Cash on Delivery (COD), Easypaisa, JazzCash, and debit/credit cards.
Is Cash on Delivery available?
Yes, COD is available nationwide. Please keep the exact amount ready for the courier.
Are online payments secure?
Absolutely. Card and wallet payments are processed through secure, encrypted payment gateways — we never store your card details.

How fresh are your dry fruits?
We source in small batches and hand-pack to order, so everything reaches you fresh and full of flavour. Each pack is sealed to preserve quality in transit.
How should I store my dry fruits?
Keep them in an airtight container in a cool, dry place away from sunlight. Nuts and dried fruits also keep well refrigerated.
Can I order a custom or personalised gift pack?
Yes! We offer personalised gift packs — including custom alphabet and name options on selected items. You’ll see the personalisation field on eligible products.

What is your returns policy?
